Video: Three Ways We’re Keeping Everyone Safe & Healthy in Our Office

Hey everybody!

Dr. Weston here. I want to let you know that during this time, Dr. Lauren and myself have been monitoring the federal and state guidelines very closely and any updates as well. With that being said, we are going to be reopening the office Monday, May 4th, while taking some special precautions to ensure the safety of you, your family, but also our family. We’ll be letting you know in greater detail when we will reach out to what those precautions are, but it’s definitely going to take a team effort.

We want to make sure that we are doing our part and that you guys are also doing your part to keep everyone safe and healthy. Sarah will be reaching out to you very soon, if she hasn’t done so already. We hope to see you guys again soon.

Hi everyone, I wanted to let you know exactly what we are doing in our office to ensure you and your family’s safety.

First, while we are away we have done a deep clean on the entire office all surfaces have been wiped down, cleaned, and sanitized. We are using CDC approved cleaners for the COVID-19 viral strain.

Second, we are going to be cleaning after every patient. In order to do, we wanted to spread out the schedule and we’re going to be allowing 10 minute gaps in between patients. This is going to allow us to have a little bit more time to clean and prep for you when you come in for your appointment. This means that we are only allowing one patient or one family of patients at a time.

To ensure this, we will be asking you guys to be doing some stuff as well, so stay tuned for that video. We want to do this to ensure that we can see you guys and we can continue on to that path of health that you guys were first looking for when you first came in.

Thank you.

Hi everyone! This whole process is going to take a team effort and so I want to share some of the things that we are asking you guys to do when you come in for your appointment. First, I want to make sure that everyone is still following the CDC personal hygiene guidelines- you’re frequently washing your hands for 20 seconds, you’re using hand sanitizer, and you’re limiting the amount of times that you touch your face.

What we also want to make sure is that you guys are doing your part, as well, and we are we’re all wearing face coverings as a community. This is going to help limit your exposure. Also if there is a cough or if there is an accidental sneeze, we know that you don’t have to worry about covering or exposing anyone to a potential infection. So, anyone above the age of two that can wear a face covering we’re requiring that you do that for your appointment.

If you are not wearing a face covering, unfortunately we’re going to have to reschedule your appointment.

When you arrive to our office, make sure that you wait in your car and you either give us a call at 630-537-1781. The office phone number or you can text us at our texting number 331-218-1866. This way we can let check you in virtually and make sure that you will be the only patient in the office at any given time. Also, when you are arriving for your appointment, please try to be either few minutes early or right on time. Anybody that is late more than five minutes, we will have to see if there’s space and schedule to honor that appointment. Otherwise, we will have to reschedule. We want to make sure that we have enough time to clean and sanitize for the next patient.

Again, we are so excited to see all you all you guys again and take care of you and your family.
