If you’re a mom that lives in Hinsdale, Lombard, Elmhurst or Western Springs and are on Facebook, then there’s a good chance that you’ve heard of the Facebook group “Moms of the Western Burbs”. This facebook group is a more than just that- it’s a community that supports one another, gives back to our own community and encourages long-lasting friendships.
At Root & Bloom Chiropractic, we are passionate about helping children become happy and healthy adults and we know that Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is committed to this as well, which is why we have teamed up with “Moms of the Western Burbs” to help collect toys for the 3rd Annual Toy Drive supporting Lurie Children’s Hospital. The collected toys will be given to children during hospital stays, after tests, treatments, surgeries, etc. to brighten their day!
You can choose the toy- from any store and at any price point and drop it off at our office. The toys need to be new and with no gift wrap. The only exception is that we cannot accept stuffed animals.
