Our fast-growing family-based wellness chiropractic practice is looking for an office assistant with clear and concise communication skills, the ability to connect with people, and a passion for social media marketing.
This position is part-time with a maximum of 21 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be friendly, welcoming and professional.
Position includes greeting patients and families with a smile, and candidates must be comfortable interacting with children of all ages. Previous experience with children, whether personal or professional, is highly valued.
The successful candidate should have knowledge of and enthusiasm for marketing, social media, and advertising. An interest in learning Instagram and Facebook for business is a must. We are willing to train the right person- candidate must be coachable and willing to learn!
Creating an exceptional experience for every patient
Greeting new and existing patients in person and on the phone
Creating social media content on Facebook and Instagram
Designing marketing materials for events and programs
Educating patients about health and wellness benefits of regular chiropractic care (training will be provided)
Efficiently completing various computer tasks and clerical duties
